Sazkhane Tehran’s studio is established to serve the needs of Sazkhane’s students and to contribute recording services to artists who wish to record in a studio equipped with latest modern equipment. Artists who wish to record in Sazkhane studio should contact Sazkhane’s administration to inquire about the studio’s rent and terms and conditions.
Ensemble recording is also possible in the practice room/ensemble recording studio as well which has the capacity for approximately 40 performers.
Specialized and general facilities are as follows:
Specialized facilities:
- Equipped with Albert Weber upright acoustic piano
- Equipped with drum set
- Industrial acoustic insulation on the walls and the ceilings
- Acoustic diffusers for desired reverb in the dead room
General facilities:
- Acoustic insulation on the walls for soundproofing
- Two layer flooring with sawdust
- Air conditioning system (silent ventilators)
- Using the heating and cooling system compatible with the acoustic insulation
- Using UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) providing emergency power to three hours in case of emergency input power source failure
- Fire extinguisher system
Ensemble recording studio facilities are as follows:
- The capacity for 40 performers
- Equipped with Dynatone electric piano
- Equipped with Roland electric piano
- Equipped with the Korg Kronos synthesizer
- Equipped with the Premier Drum set
- Equipped with the Tycoon percussion
- Industrial acoustic insulation on the walls for soundproofing
- Three centimeters thick compressed foam to the ceilings
